I would like to put forward the above casual for a recommendation to be mentioned at the next management meeting. Troy has been working on the rear load for a few months now as well as helping out on the MGB when required. While covering annual leave gaps Troy has been negotiating what is not an easy assignment and has done it extremely well without one missed service which we do not usually enjoy the pleasure of when new drivers are placed on this run.
